How do I customise my item when placing a order?
Before placing the order you wish to purchase, please view the Fonts & Design page this will give you fonts and designs. These are labelled as numbers, I.E Font 1, Design 1. Once you have chosen your desired font or design. Go to the item you wish to purchase select your size (if this is a item of clothing) then add to cart. Once you have put the item in the cart a form will pop up . Here this will ask you a name, font number and design number (If you have added a design in the drop down menu by saying yes). Put in the name (If you would like to have one) font number and design number you wish to have then go to the checkout. then you are all done and awaiting your beautiful customised piece.
Can you have a font and design?
On Some items you can but this will be at a extra cost depending on the design and font you wish to have. If you require both please select on certain items, add design and yes.
How do I order uniforms?
Before ordering uniforms, Anne & Marie Embroidery will require your company logo, Please after this contact Anne & Marie Embroidery Directly To discuss the items you wish to embroiderer after this we will then be able to generate a quote for you.
What if I don’t receive my item?
All items are tracked delivered and Anne & Marie embroidery will do are best to help locate your item through the courier service. Anne & Marie embroidery will not be held accountable for any items lost through a courier service. Any complaints about lost items are to be made directly to the courier service.
