Items Not received

All items are tracked delivered and Anne & Marie Embroidery will do are best to help locate your item through the courier service. Anne & Marie Embroidery will not be held accountable for any items lost through a courier service. Any complaints about lost items are to be made directly to the courier service.

Lead Times

Our Lead Times are 2 - 3 weeks depending on your order. Lead times are subject to change (Although Anne & Marie Embroidery will always do our best to get your beautiful customised piece to you as quickly as possible). This could be for a variety of reasons. If there is a issue with your order Anne & Marie Embroidery will contact you directly.

Posting Abroad

If you wish to get a order sent abroad please note that the 4 pound for tracked delivery’s are for UK orders only, please enquire to Anne & Marie Embroidery directly to get a quote before placing a order thank you.
